Our aim is to make purchasing a property in Turkey an exiting and enjoyable experience. Altinkum is a family friendly resort with beautiful beaches, a stunning new marina and golf course planned for 2012. Property prices in Altinkum represent great value for money, starting at £21,000 for one bedroom apartment. So now is an excellent time to buy. We offer year round inspection trips so you can come and see for yourself what Altinkum has to offer. We are waiting your call. There are no strangers here only friends you’ve yet to meet. At Altinkum Dream Homes we offer inspection trips for clients wanting to purchase property these include ; Free Airport Transfer Free Accomodation All you have to do is book your flight, if you purchase from us we will refund flight costs. So you have nothing to lose there will be no pressure to buy. An inspection trip usually lasts 3-4 days. Our English speaking airport transfer team will pick you up from the airport and take your accomodation. Next morning after breakfast the English speaking professional sales team will pick you up from your accommodation and take you to the office. In the office you will be provided with information on the type of property you require . The sales team will take you to the places you want to see. Second day you will be following up to see the rest of the selected properties and sit down with our sales team to eliminate the properties and choose the one that matching all your crtierias. If you decide on that day to make a purchase, you can pay for the deposit (£1000 and £1200 for the legal fees"solicitor, nottery, translator, water - electric connections") the same day either by cash, or debit/credit cards. The next day our team will take you to the our English speaking solicitor to prepare your sales agreement to be signed by both buyer and seller.
