We are an olive farm with nine varieties of olive trees in a single estate. Our brand Bozelli has been winning global awards from reputable competitions in Italy, USA (NYIOOC), Argentina, Israel and Japan, amongst them also Best of Turkey Award from Italy. Our plantation is located inland Aegean Region of Turkey with extreme day and night temperature changes. We control every step of oil production from irrigation to using fertilisers, squeezing and storing in stainless steel tanks topped with Argon gas, in our climatised storage space. We also have an officially certified boutique packaging & filling station in the farm. We officially apply GAP (Good Agricultural Practices), get an indepentent audit every year and certificaty it. This not only proves that our fruits are completely free of pesticites, but also verify that we are good to the environment and our employees, full-time or temporary. To make our business even more environmentally friendly, we have over 35kW of solar energy system that operates our water-transfer system as well as the filling station and other activities. Our varieties include local one's like Gemlik, Edremit and Domat. We also have Koroneiki, Arbequina, Arbosana, Picual bearing fruit. In two years, our Sikitita and Lecciana varieties will also come into bearing and enrich our unique blends. Inspired by wine and whisky industries, we believe that mono-varietal olive oils are great. But the blending can also provide sophistication and complexity to the final product. Hence we not only sell those unique oils, but we also create our special blends too. The art of blending we mastered via professional trainings in Turkey and Italy. These blending techniques, we provide to our B2B clients as well helping them create their unique taste and collect global awards themselves. In 2023, consumer & restaurant specific options will be launced. We produce Turkish-style table olives, olive soap, tomatos (sun-dried, puree, paste) and other produce.
