Istanbul Aydın University Information Center was established in 2003 to support the education and research activities of our university, to provide our students with a more comfortable study and research area, and to meet their information and document needs. It started to serve with the second library service building in P Block Florya campus in 2015 and in T Block Social Sciences Florya Campus in 2021. Istanbul Aydın University Information Center; Since the day it was founded, it has adopted the modern library concept. All publications coming to our library were transferred to the Yordam automation program and made available to researchers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, on our collective catalog website. It is updated with current information resources to meet the information needs of researchers. Along with the new trends in library automation and information access resources, the developments in hardware and software have been closely followed, and an infrastructure has been created in electronic library techniques in order to ensure that the existing resources are best accessible to the reader. In this way, it aimed to meet the information needs with the latest technologies in terms of hardware and design, and at the same time to transfer all documents in the printed and digital media to the user in the latest and most accurate way. Among the new and current collections of Istanbul Aydın University Information Center; There are collections such as the collection of literature and historical studies and the collection of medical books for medical students. There are also periodicals and reference sources. In addition, computers are offered to our users in order to support academic research. Istanbul Aydın University Information Center, which provides a comfortable research and study environment for students with its private study rooms, dual study areas and drawing class, is open for use 24/7.
