ONAL & ONAL sees the law as the art of seeking the right of who is right and taking the right. We do not accept that our clients who are right, who have been wronged, are left in insolubility and hopelessness. Our law firm, which does not accept a legal order that makes the problem superfluous and ordinary in which people doomed to injustice, has an understanding and action that seeks and finds justice. For example; Our company has accomplished many successes on Inheritance Law. The testaments that were told to our clients by many individuals and institutions, which cannot be canceled, were eventually canceled as a result of rational legal solutions. As a result of the lawsuits filed by us, new jurisprudence was created by the Supreme Court. The achievements of Erendiz Onal in the field of compensation law have been on the media many times and achieved compensation were the first of its kind in Turkey. Regarding Compensation Law; In the face of the great victimization that occurred as a result of PTT's loss of a cargo, the lawsuits we filed against the administration, which promised to pay only the postage fee and show our clients the dark side of the bureaucracy, was forced to pay compensation resulting from the loss of the cargo. In this regard, the Court of Cassation signed the case-law that would be the first in our Legal History. ONAL & ONAL closely follows current legislation and higher judicial bodies and decisions. It contributes to the development of law and the formation of new jurisprudence with the legal solutions that it develops. Many legal problems that had been said that they had no solution by traditional lawyers who follows only memorised methods and don’t come up with creative solutions, have been positively resolved by our office. Many of our clients, who were in despair after they were believed that they would be fruitless even though they were right, had justice through our legal initiatives.
