Tebessüm Hareketi/Movement Smile Association

Tebessüm Hareketi Derneği, İstanbul merkezli bir gönüllü sivil toplum hareketidir. Karşılaşılan problemleri farklı ve denenmemiş yöntemlerle çözmeye inanan bir grup insanın 'küçük bir çete' olarak başlattığı, temas ettiği herkese gönüllü olma fırsatı sunarak büyümeyi hedefleyen bir oluşumdur. Çeşitli eğitim ve sosyal sorumluluk projeleriyle çalışır ve kendini Çevik Proje Yönetimi (Agile) sisteminin sivil toplum alanındaki uygulayıcısı olarak konumlar. Temel amaçları gençleri pandeminin olumsuz etkilerinden uzaklaştırmak, yeni fikir ve projeleri hayata geçirmelerini sağlamak, bağımlılıklarla mücadele etmek ve STK'lara örnek olabilecek çevik bir kurumsal yapı oluşturmaktır. Dil, din, ırk, cinsiyet ayrımı yapmadan insanı merkeze alan ilkelerle hareket eder. Site, AB Sivil Düşün Programı desteğiyle hazırlandığını belirtir.

Bu bir ticari işletme değil, gönüllülük temelli bir dernektir; ana ihtiyaçları operasyonel araçlar (proje/gönüllü yönetimi, bağış toplama, etkinlik takvimi, bülten/e-posta) ve kurumsal görünürlük olabilir. İletişimde sadece info@ e-postası ve fiziksel adres var; telefon hattı sitede 'şimdilik aktif değil' notuyla boş bırakılmış, yani telefonla erişim henüz kurulmamış. Karar verici olarak Dernek Başkanı Sena Özdemir ve Başkan Yardımcısı Zeynep Nida Aksoy hedeflenmeli; gönüllü ekipten Abdullah Can Tutar ve Sümeyya Büşra Yılmaz kişisel LinkedIn profillerini paylaştığı için dijital olarak ulaşılabilir kontaklar. Aktif Instagram (tebessumhareketi) ve X/tehader hesabı, ÇETE101/etkinlik takvimi/bülten gibi düzenli içerik üretimi, kurumun pazarlama/dijital araç tedarikçilerine ve eğitim/etkinlik hizmeti sağlayıcılarına açık olabileceğini gösteriyor. AB hibe destekli proje yapısı, raporlama/şeffaflık araçlarına (mali tablolar sayfası mevcut) yönelik bir alıcı profili işaret ediyor.

-Who we are: We started our movement in Istanbul as a group of people who believe that they can solve many events and problems we encounter with different and untested methods and make them more beautiful. As a small gang, we aim to establish a big gang in the world by offering every person we come into contact with the opportunity to be a part of this volunteer movement. Together, we believe that we will leave a positive impact on our planet through various educational and social responsibility projects. We are building the Smile Movement as the implementer of the Agile system for this purpose. -Our Method: As the Smile Movement, we are constantly developing with a method that cares more about the process rather than the result by using Agile Project Management in accordance with the structure of non-governmental organizations. We notice the life that flows around us and the elements that make up this life. We reflect on the roles of each of these elements. In particular, we make plans for the realization of the roles that human beings have in a way that befits human dignity. Then we design how we can make and develop these roles more realistic. We start our project and make mistakes in the process. We increase our experiences with our mistakes and design the new step in an agile way. In this way, we transfer our experiences to others so that they can develop the next process faster and more confidently. -Our Story: One of the ideas swirling in a brain had found the appropriate environment to germinate in our process. You know, ideas are contagious, they're engaging, and they look for opportunities to come true. Not too far away, an idea in this brain was noticed by someone else, and this person began to design the appropriate environment for this idea to come to life, germinate, grow, and develop.
