Our methodological approach in Wemore embraces Design Thinking. The new paradigm that has become visible with Fourth Industrial Revolution or Digital Revolution is the Participatory Paradigm. In today's world, customer/user is at the center. No service or product has a chance to exist without allowing the user participating in the construction of the service/product. As for the scientific research, research subjects are not informants or respondents (or experimentees) anymore. They are the participants of the research process. Participatory Paradigm encourages us to listen, understand and collaborate. Digitalization brings all the tools needed. "Fourth is evolving at an exponential rather than a linear pace. Moreover, it is disrupting almost every industry in every country. And the breadth and depth of these changes herald the transformation of entire systems of production, management, and governance."
