- Honey, which has been used as a cure for many years, has a very deep-rooted history in our region. Rize, which hosts the rich flora of Kaçkar Mountains, the unique flower structure of İkizdere Valley and Anzer Plateau, is considered the capital of high quality and medicinal honey. - Our aim as the people of the region is to benefit from this blessing generously offered to us and our 35 years of beekeeping experience, so that the healing coming from the high-altitude plateaus of Rize is not limited to the people of the region, but reaches all people. - Our principle in honey production is to produce the highest quality honey in terms of diastase and proline, as well as producing sugar-free honey. - Our Baldudak honeys are produced in the high-altitude plateaus of Rize in areas far from settlement, pollution, pesticides, industry and vehicle traffic, and are bottled in our filling facility untouched by human hands. - Our products are approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey. - Our Baldudak brand is registered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. - Our honey, which is produced in a limited area in the Black Sea region, is specially produced by making use of untouched flowers and vegetation. - There is no sugar in our products (0.0%). - Our products have high proline values due to the richness of flowers in the production areas, endemic species and production at high altitudes. - Proline value, which is one of the most important values in honey, is both the amino acids that make up the protein in the product and the parameter that shows the nectar and core density in the product. In addition, the proline value shows the richness of flowers and the high nutritional values in the product. - Our products produced with Baldudak quality are analyzed and tested in Rize Provincial Directorate of Agriculture Food Analysis Laboratory and Ege University Argefar Special Food Control Laboratory.
