Focusing to key resources of the established companies Hexagon Strategic provides the answers of the following question: ''What more can we achieve, with what we already have but cannot use effectively''? If the established companies are fit for growth, Hexagon Strategic generates new renevue stream channels through Business/Market Development, Project Development and/or New Business Creations. For the established companies that are not fit for growth, Hexagon Strategic starts the growth process by cost cutting. Hexagon Strategic helps startups settle to their addressable market by 360 degree view of startup planning. Hexagon Strategic achieves market settlement through strategic startup planning which is called New Venture Creation. We are one of the very few companies to create a working company from scratch. Achieveing desired success in the funding rounds of the startups are taken into consideration in the strategic planning phase and if the business idea is viable but the outcome will not create the desired impact we innovate the business model for the startup to settle in the market. Funding, commercialization and international presence are the other value offerings to our startups. Our team is one of the very first teams to successfully create new international ventures in international start-up environments since 2006.
