The strong voice of the professionals who ensure the uninterrupted, safe, and orderly flow of the skies and transportation networks: HTKSEN As the Air Traffic Controllers and Other Transport Workers Union (HTKSEN), we are an independent, innovative, and dynamic non-governmental organization established to protect the rights of employees working in the transport sector—especially those at the heart of the aviation industry—and to align their working conditions with the requirements of our era and profession. The sustainability of aviation safety and transportation infrastructure is only possible through the well-being, motivation, and high professional standards of the personnel managing these systems. With this awareness, we conduct a transparent and resolute union struggle to maximize the employee and social rights of all our members. 🎯 Our Core Focus Areas: => Protecting and advancing the employee, financial, and social rights of our members in accordance with national and international standards. => Improving Working Conditions: Building fair and sustainable work environments suited to the high-stress and highly technical nature of the aviation and transportation sectors. => Professional Prestige: Elevating the professional reputation of transport workers, especially air traffic controllers, to the respected position they deserve. => Sectoral Development: Taking an active role in shaping civil aviation and transportation policies to produce rational and constructive solutions to industry challenges.
