We have been in many professional positions of the management part of the business for a long time as the one who stands the other side of the table. Like all the other managers, we got bored, sad; but at the same time we succeed and we pleased..…When we consider the developing and changing world conditions after several years, we have realized that the most important difference of us is sitting on the “consultant” chair during many years. That was our mission and we had to do it different than our colleagues did… The word “consultancy” refers to a very promising phenomenon and it has a special meaning in itself. Whatever the others call us in this sector, we call the ‘support we give’, ‘working together’. We prefer not just watching, but to be in the middle of the conversations and the arguments about the projects we are involved in. We want to live the experience of success all together in handling the problems, renewing and developing the processes and even facing with the same problems again and again… These are the thoughts what Mir is built on. In other words mir, offers the best solutions to their consultants thanks to the very prominent experiences of Bülent DEMIRER and his very enthusiastic friends with professional, academics and amateur spirit… Our Principles...
