Proficure is a patient navigation organization based in Turkey. We provide medical and administrative support to individuals who are considering medical treatment in Turkey. Our role is to help you navigate the healthcare system, from finding the right doctor and hospital based on your needs, to getting you timely appointments and facilitating an online or in-person consultation. If needed, we also arrange translation services so that nothing is lost in communication. Once a specialist has evaluated your case, we help you obtain a clear treatment plan along with upfront cost estimates, so you know exactly what to expect. We help you understand the proposed treatments and answer any questions that you might have. We also provide support for any concerns or unexpected issues that may come up during your stay. This includes post-treatment care and follow-up to make sure you’re supported after you return home. We work only with JCI-accredited hospitals, clinics approved by the Turkish Ministry of Health and physicians recognized by Union of European Medical Specialists (UEMS). We currently assist patients who need treatment for cancer, orthopedic conditions, fertility treatment (IVF), and non-aesthetic surgeries. Our support also extends to those seeking a diagnosis or a medical second opinion. Whether you're at the very beginning of your journey or looking for clarity on a complex condition, we’re here to make the process of getting medical treatment in Turkey as smooth and transparent as possible.
