Vurankaya Construction started the construction business, the industry which is the locomotive of the economy, in 1970 under the leadership of Abdurrahman Vurankaya. Adopting honesty, prestige, reliability, durability, customer-oriented view and sustainability as its principles, have always targeted a better future on its journey and created housing projects that added up to the architectural texture of the city. Growing even more every day thanks to numerous housing projects, has adopted a new vision with the establishment of ÖZKAYA İnşaat in 1984 with the participation of Nadir Vurankaya of the second generation. This partnership made its weight felt in the industry under the name “Özkaya İnşaat” thanks to the experiences gained through the housing projects and the field of activity grew even larger with the state tenders won. Our company has gained its seat among the leading companies in the industry thanks to the projects developed and has changed its name to VURANKAYA Construction 2006 under Nadir Vurankaya’s chairmanship of executive board in order to put corporate business administration into practice. Nadir Vurankaya broadened the investment areas and stepped into tourism industry in 2009 by establishing 4 stars Riva Reşatbey Business Hotel in Reşatbey, which added a new value to our company. With the participation of Construction Engineer Kaya Vurankaya and Master Architect Polen Vurankaya as the third generation, Vurankaya Construction further strengthened its young and dynamic team. Having built residential spaces in the central locations in Adana thanks to its years of experience and vision, our company achieved to be a brand name of the city. Vurankaya Construction, known to regard its words as its signature, continues its operations without a break with the help of 48 years of experience.
