Business Contact Privacy Notice

This notice informs individuals (company officers, partners, employees) whose name, role or business contact details appear in company records in the freshsignal.net directory, as required by Article 14 of the UK GDPR. The controller is MEZTECH LLC (contact: contact@meztech.llc).
What data we process
Full name; role/title at the company; officer or shareholding information; business email and phone; public LinkedIn profile link; publicly available commercial information associated with the company (e.g. officer names in registry filings). Special category data is not targeted and not knowingly processed.
Where the data comes from
Data is not collected from you directly; it is compiled from publicly available sources using automated and semi-automated methods: official registries and notices (Companies House and The Gazette for the UK; the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette, ilan.gov.tr and KAP for Türkiye), company websites, public social media and map listings, and e-commerce/sector platform profiles.
Why we process it
To build current, verifiable business profiles of companies and to help business users reach the right contact in business-to-business (B2B) sales and procurement research. The lawful basis is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Personal email and phone values are not published in page source; they are shown only to authorised subscribers under access controls.
Who receives it
Records are shown to FreshSignal platform members for B2B sales and research purposes, and are shared with cloud hosting, database and infrastructure providers strictly to operate the service. MEZTECH LLC is established in the USA, so data may be processed outside the UK; safeguards required by applicable law are applied to such transfers.
How long we keep it
Records are retained and updated for as long as the related company profile is published; data found to be no longer valid at its source, or whose deletion is requested and justified, is removed within a reasonable period.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification and erasure, to restriction of processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to object at any time to direct marketing. Contact contact@meztech.llc; we respond within one calendar month at the latest. You may also request removal of your record from publication at the same address, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
