Terms of Service

1.Parties and Definitions

These terms set out the conditions under which the service (the “Service”), provided by MEZTECH LLC (“FreshSignal” or the “Company”) and accessed via the freshsignal.net domain, is made available. “User” means any natural or legal person who accesses the site, whether registered or not. By continuing to use the site, the User is deemed to have accepted these terms.

2.Description of the Service

FreshSignal’s core service systematically tracks publicly available digital footprints of companies on the internet (websites, social media accounts, map listings, e-commerce and sector-platform memberships, and so on) and enriches the official company registry data with them. Free-plan users can access company lists and core details; paid-plan users can access the enriched digital presence data.

3.Membership

Membership is required to access some features. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, up to date, and yours. The User is responsible for all activity carried out from their account; if you notice that your account security has been compromised, you must notify us immediately. FreshSignal reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where it deems necessary — in particular where it suspects automated data scraping, abuse, or breaches of applicable law.

4.Paid Plans, Trial Period and Cancellation

Paid plans are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis; payments are processed via a PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider and card details are not stored by us. A 14-day free trial may be offered; if you do not cancel during the trial period, the plan will be charged. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds are issued for past periods (save where required by applicable law).

5.User Obligations

The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with applicable law, public morals, and good-faith principles. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Attempting to bulk-download, scrape, or copy data using automated tools (bots, scrapers, headless browsers, and so on).
• Sending excessive volumes of requests in a way that disrupts the operation of the site; attempting to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
• Sharing your account with third parties, or using a single subscription on behalf of multiple people.
• Systematically copying paid-plan content (company details, digital presence data, and so on) and passing it on to third parties or republishing it.

Where these rules are breached, FreshSignal reserves the right to issue warnings, apply rate limits, suspend or close the account, and pursue legal remedies.

6.Data Source and Accuracy

Company records published on the site are based on official registry data and publicly available digital presence signals, compiled by automated and semi-automated methods. Reasonable effort is made to keep the information current and accurate; however, the Service is provided “as is”, and no warranty is given as to completeness, accuracy, or currency. If you believe that information in a record is incorrect, incomplete, or relates to you and should be removed, please contact us at contact@meztech.llc.

7.Intellectual Property

Rights in the site design, source code, logos, trade marks, the compiled and presented form, the database structure, and the enriched data set are owned by MEZTECH LLC and are protected by applicable law. Partial or complete copying, reproduction, republication, sale, derivative-work creation, or systematic extraction of data from the database is prohibited without prior written permission.

8.Third-Party Links

The site may contain links to other websites operated by third parties (for example, a company’s own website, social media account, or map listing). These links are provided for convenience only; FreshSignal has no control over the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of those third-party sites and cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from them.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FreshSignal is not liable for use or non-use of the Service, decisions made in reliance on information presented in the Service, loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity, or any indirect or incidental damages. FreshSignal’s total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount the User paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10.Changes to and Termination of the Service

FreshSignal reserves the right to change the scope, features, and technical infrastructure of the Service, to temporarily suspend the Service, or to discontinue it altogether. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice. Access interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical reasons will not be treated as defects in the Service.

11.Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated due to changes in applicable law or the evolution of the Service. The current version is published on this page; Users will be informed of material changes by appropriate means. Continuing to use the Service after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Mandatory provisions of applicable consumer law that are more protective of the consumer remain reserved.
