Turkish Competition Board Finds No Infringement by EMT and Micro Systemation
The Board concluded that the evidence did not support an administrative fine against EMT or Micro Systemation AB.
The Turkish Competition Board published its reasoned decision dated 23 October 2025 and numbered 25-40/958-554. Following an investigation concerning mobile digital-forensics products, it unanimously found no evidence that EMT Elektronik Mühendislik or Sweden-based Micro Systemation AB had infringed Law No. 4054 and imposed no administrative fine.
